We want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Repack Your Items
Place your unworn items back into the original packaging, ensuring all Rebellious Fashion tags are still attached and the garments are free from makeup or fragrance marks.
Generate Your Label
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select your return reason and print your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or post office, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding any original shipping costs.
